Every Wednesday we host our open blues jam on our BACK stage.  Featured host will play and guide the evening's players.  Welcoming veteran and newbies to the Slippery Noodle stage.  Always a great show.  Sign ups start around 7:30

The Resurrection Blues Band is an award-winning blues rock trio featuring Rodney Mills (vocals/guitar), Frank Rotondo (bass),  and Billy Canty (drums/percussion).  Voted the 2024 Herald-Palladium Reader's Choice Best Local Entertainment and Best Blues Rock Band, they're making waves with original music that's earning airplay on blues and rock radio in the U.S. and the U.K. With a new EP released in 2025 and more music on the way, you don't want to miss these guys on our front stage. 

Blending R&B and soul with blues and rock influences, The Late Night Revelators create a sound that's all about groove, feel, and late-night energy. Their performances feature strong vocals, tight rhythms, and a setlist designed to keep the room engaged and dancing. 

 Rebekah Meldrum delivers a soulful, expressive  sound rooted in R&B and classic soul traditions. Her performances highlight strong, emotive vocals and a natural sense of groove, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to slow down, listen in, and settle into the moment.

Blending grit, soul-soaked vocals, and high-voltage presence, Jesse exercises every room with raw power, bringing the revival of modern-day rock. From TV spotlights to dive bar floors, his voice and music hit like gospel but cut like confession. 

It's pre-war blues, old school country, and southern gospel into a distinctive roots sound inspired by artists like Robert Johnson and Son House. A songwriter since his teens in New Richmond, Ohio, he performs both original material and classic songs he connects with. His discography includes multiple EPs and albums recoded in historically significant locations, with his latest album Rollin' On set for release in fall 2024. Ford had earned regional recognition, including Cincinnati Entertainment Award nomination, and has performed widely across the Midwest and South, sharing stages with notable blues artists.

Andrew Duncanson & Take a Ride is an exciting horn-infused contemporary blues band that blends soul, blues, funk and root rock - accentuating the best of all genres into high gear and their own signature sound. Take A Ride is dedicated to original songwriting, keeping the soul tradition at the forefront with Andrew's butter-smooth meets gravel road vocals and a powerful horn section leading the way.

Doug Henthorn is an Indianapolis-based guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and bandleader best known as the driving force behind The Healing Sixes. Blending blues, rock, soul, and Americana, Doug has built a reputation for heartfelt songwriting, fiery guitar work, and energetic live performances that connect with audiences wherever he plays. 

Funky, soulful, and full of life - the Blues Ambassadors bring the blues to the Noodle every set. Catch their performance on our front stage. 

J R Clark Band delivers a high-energy blend of Chicago-style blues infused with soul, funk, and rock. Known for dynamic, passionate performances, the band brings a versatile sound that shifts from gritty blues grooves to soulful melodies and driving rhythms - no two shows the same. With strong musicianship and a deep roots influence, their live set balances original material with a powerful, engaging stage presence.

Rods and Cones is a high-energy Midwest rock band formed in 1984, earning a loyal following throughout the region with electrifying live performances and a powerful blend of original music and rock classics. Known for their hard-driving sound and dynamic stage presence, the band became a staple of the 1980's rock scene. They will performing on our back stage. 

An acoustic duo playing blues, country, and soul favorites. 

This imaginative master guitarist will be jamming out acoustic tunes on our front stage. 

Zach Day is a local Americana guitarist, singer, and songwriter. His music is a blend of exhilarating blues, classic outlaw country, and rock of all eras that will leave you feeling nostalgic. 

Gordon Bonham, a blues ambassador, delivers a powerful, roots-driven performance steeped in blues tradition. With soulful vocals, masterful guitar work, and commanding stage presence, his live shows combine groove, grit, and high-energy moments that captivate every audience. Whether leading a packed room or an intimate crowd, Gordon brings the heart and soul of the blues to life. 

This four-piece Alt-blues Rock'n'Soul band from Madison, IN plays a mix of original  music an reimagined covers. Their genre-melding style, high energy, and audience rapport gets crowds moving and leaves patrons wanting more - drawing comparisons to Jimi Hendrix, Leon Bridges, and Gary Clark Jr. As their regional footprint grows, you have a chance to catch them here on our back stage. 

This high-energy band lights up the stage and keeps you wanting more. Whether it's the gritty soul of a blues riff, a sultry jazz number, or a dance track that gets hips swaying, the Mojo Blues Cats bring a unique mix of sound and style that transforms a night out into a full-blown experience. 

The Reece Murray Band is a blues, rock, and jazz trio based in Southwestern Ohio known for deep grooves, free spirited improvisation, and a setlist that blends timeless classics with obscure gems and instrumentals. Catch them on our back stage.

A Slippery Noodle favorite known as "the voice and the guitar", Sara Phoebe brings powerful vocals backed by incredible guitarist Benito Dibartoli. Their versatile playlist of crowd favorites will keep your toes tapping the entire set.

Chris is the lead singer of The Why Store. He's an intense, emotional songwriter with a   repertoire of 150+ original songs. 

Alex Wilson is a seasoned blues guitarist and vocalist delivering a dynamic mix of Chicago blues, Texas blues, and roots-driven grooves. With a style that blends classic influences with a modern edge, his playing moves effortlessly from soulful, laid-back rhythms to hard-driving, danceable sets. Backed by a tight, experienced band, Wilson brings a polished yet gritty sound and an engaging stage presence that connects with audiences night after night.

Hailing from Columbus, this rock/blues trio delivers powerful, soulful performances ranging from classics like Jimi Hendrix and Howlin' Wolf to modern favorites and original music. Known for sizzling guitar solos and a tight rhythm section, they've earned accolades including "Best Self-Produced Blues CD" (2018) and 2nd place in the Columbus Blues Alliance "Blues Challenge" (2019). They bring high-energy blues wherever they play. 

Black Cat and the Bones plays a dynamic mix of traditional and funky blues, delivering performances full of energy and musical flair. Their set blends classic blues roots with a fresh, groovy edge that keeps audiences engaged. 

DiscomBOBulated is an Indianapolis-based live band known for energetic performances, a fun atmosphere, and a crowd-friendly approach to live music. Performing a mix of classic rock, blues, and funky original tunes, the band brings personality, spontaneity, and plenty of entertainment to the the stage, while keeping audiences engaged from start to finish.

The rich sound of this band, is a mixture of the fresh new sounds of the new and deep rooted past of Gospel, Blues, Soul, and Funk. The blending of influences make a rich dynamic experience that touches every sense of your being, you can feel it, see it, and hear it.

The Top Hat Blues Revue is a dynamic group of multi-vocalists and exceptional instrumentalists delivering a full, rich sound without the need for backup singers - because we are the backup singers. With a strong lineup of seasoned musicians, the band brings decades of stage experience to every performance. 

Our setlist features a wide selection of original music along with an even larger collection of interpretive covers spanning from the 1950s through today, blending classic blues roots with modern influences.

In 2026 The Top Hat Blues Revue proudly celebrates 30 years of performing, bringing authentic blues, soul, and live music energy to audiences everywhere.

Big Daddy Caddy is a party band built to get the crowd moving. With high-energy covers, playful stage presence, and a focus on fun over polish. Their performances create a lively, engaging atmosphere perfect for dance floors and celebratory nights. Come boogie with them on our back stage. 

The Foxhounds are a high-energy four-piece bluegrass band blending traditional roots with a fresh, modern edge. Their sound moves seamlessly between classic pickin', contemporary favorites, and original material, all delivered with tight musicianship, strong harmonies, and an engaging, crowd-pleasing energy.

Jon Strahl brings a blues and roots driven sound full of grit, groove, and emotional depth. Combining soulful vocals with guitar-driven riffs and dynamic stage presence, his performances balance high-energy moments with intimate storytelling, creating a live experience that feels both raw and deeply engaging. Catch his acoustic act on our front stage. 

Wade Evans is a blues, jazz, and rock-fusion artist whose music reflects a powerful journey from darkness to divine purpose. Come check this local out on our back stage.

Tas Cru brings roots-driven blues and originals with soulful guitar, rich vocals, and a deep catalog of songs. He'll be with the band on our front stage. 

Blackjack Davey is a powerhouse blues-rock band, recognized for their electrifying live performances. Their music fuses classic blues roots with elements of rock and Americana, creating a distinctive and energetic sound. Check their show out on our back stage. 

Tas Cru brings roots-driven blues and originals with soulful guitar, rich vocals, and a deep catalog of songs. He'll be with the band on our front stage. 

Bringing crowds to their feet at the hardest to please and sophisticated night clubs in the Midwest, Reverend Raven and the Chain Smoking Altar Boys play traditional blues, straight up with a big dose of passion. With smoking grooves, served up with hot harmonica and smooth stinging guitar they play original songs peppered with nods to Slim Harpo, Jimmy Rogers, Billy Boy Arnold, Junior Wells and the Three Kings. They'll get your toes tapping on our back stage. 

Phil Pierle is a versatile Indianapolis musician known for his work across a wide range of bands and styles. For this performance, he brings it back to basics with an acoustic set     that highlights his songwriting, musicianship, and authentic connection to the music.     His stripped-down approach offers a more intimate look at an artist with deep roots         in the local scene.

Tommy Baldwin delivers a high-energy rock show that's built for live crowds. With a strong, confident vocal style and a guitar-driven sound, his performances mix well-known favorites with originals that keep the room moving and engaged. He will performing on our back stage. 

Blending Creole flair with Mississippi-style blues, Mojo Gumbo delivers performances full of soul, rhythm, and raw emotion. Their music captures the spirit of traditional blues while keeping audiences engaged and moving throughout the set. Their act can be caught on our front stage. 

Tom Holland, a Chicago south side native, developed his sound early, inspired by blues     legend like Muddy Waters and Magic Slim. By his late teens, he was performing                 professionally and went on to tour extensively with artists including John Primer, Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater, and James Cotton. A seasoned guitarist with decades of                experience, he has recorded on Grammy-nominated projects and earned induction into the Chicago Blues Hall of Fame. Today, Holland is recognized as a standout torchbearer of classic Chicago blues guitar. 

The Warrior Kings deliver hard-hitting rock with a dark bluesy soul, blending crushing riffs, soulful grooves, and commanding vocals for a show that's both intense and unforgettable. 

This Indiana-based band brings a broad, crowd-friendly classic-rock repertoire. But they don't stop there,  they also cover blues, country, and pop-rock to bring an energetic live performance to the stage. You'll be able to boogie to their tunes on our back stage.

Formed in 2022, The Gina and Johnny Band delivers powerful blues with soulful vocals and fiery guitar. Semi-finalists at the 2025 International Blues Challenge, their debut     CD Free Your Soul has earned worldwide airplay and critical acclaim. Cincinnati's finest blues talent comes together for a high-energy, unforgettable live experience.

Tom Harold and the Fallen Angels is a classic blues band fronted by harmonica enthusiast and vocalist Tom Harold. Rooted in traditional blues, the group delivers a straightforward, soulful sound driven by tight musicianship and classic influences. The lineup features Tom Harold, alongside Tadas Paegle on guitar, Neal Hiedler on bass, and Dan Deckard on drums, combining to create a solid, groove-oriented foundation built for authentic blues performance. 

Phoebe and the Mojomakers brings a whirlwind of sound to the stage, from blues and country to pop, Motown, and rock classics - turning every set into a vibrant journey through decades of great music.
